Hunter is hiring for 1st Shift (7 am-3:30 am Monday- Friday)
This role does have mandatory scheduled overtime.

As a Packer:
What you will do:
- Using checklists, responsible for preparing products for shipment
- Ensure that products are packaged accurately
- Inspect and verify products for accuracy and quality before packaging
- Pack items according to specified instructions and ensure proper labeling
- Utilize packaging equipment and tools to assist in the packaging process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Meet productivity targets and strive for continuous improvement in packaging processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Report any packaging issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
- Assist in inventory management by tracking and documenting packaged items.
Additional Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- 1 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as an extension to a normal workday or on weekends, as scheduled.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
