As an Industrial Engineering / Technology Engineering Co-Op, you will fully support the continuous improvement team in creating, improving, and refining processes and product flow through the manufacturing floor.
This position is for a Summer/Fall 2026 Co-Op, with a start date of May 2026 and running through the fall semester.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform job observations to identify wastes and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Perform line flow observations to identify bottlenecks and provide solutions for improvement.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement event.
- Assist Materials management in Kanban system improvements.
- All additional duties assigned by supervisor.
What You’ll Bring:
- Major study in:
- Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology Engineering.
- Positive attitude with a desire to be hands-on.
- Willingness to participate in team project events.
- Ability to be self-directed at times.
- Eagerness to learn.
