As an AI Developer, you will create AI-powered applications and integrate machine learning models into software systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models that support business operations (Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales etc.)
- Develop AI applications using AI models (Gemini/Gemma, LLaMA, etc.)
- Integrate AI models into web or mobile platforms
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability and accuracy
- Maintain and improve existing AI systems and tools
- Collaborate with team members to design solutions and prioritize tasks
- Skills & Tools:
- Programming languages: Python, Java, R
- ML libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Strong grasp of statistics, linear algebra, and data structures
- Familiarity with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Engineering) required or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience required; 5 years’ experience preferred
- Experience with vector databases
- A background in NLP, deep learning or AI research
- Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute
- Experience in software development and machine learning
- Experience building AI systems for internal stakeholders and external customers
- A strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
