• Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development relevant to middle and high school levels
• Proven capability in Middle School and High School (Grades 7-9) Teaching
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning for diverse populations
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Teaching certification in New York State for secondary science education
