What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint Color Specialist position at Hunter Coatings?
Hunter Coatings is looking for exceptional individuals to join the team at our southeast Charlotte store. We are a small company experiencing rapid growth. In this position you will be a key component in our growth process. We are currently interviewing for a full-time, Paint Color Specialist who will assist with custom color matching. This position involves assisting customers, tinting paint/wood finishes/specialty coatings and working with tint and spray equipment. Position will involve working in both our Benjamin Moore paint store and our industrial coatings store. Training provided.
Qualifications:
- Experience matching paint, wood coatings, industrial and/or automotive coatings a plus
- Strong attention to detail is a MUST
- Must be reliable and able to work 40 hours per week
- Position involves intermediate math skills
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team setting
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong enthusiasm and proven ability to learn and retain information
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
- Must have independent, reliable transportation
- Half day Saturdays every other Saturday
