- Maintain and organize office supplies, filing systems, and records to ensure easy access and efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Support office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing invoices with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously both in person and over the phone.
- Support administrative functions such as proofreading correspondence, managing calendars, and assisting with personal assistant duties when needed.
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times while handling sensitive information discreetly.

Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skills.
