Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define specifications and provide market data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong talent pipelines.
- Engage candidates with timely updates throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market compensation guidelines.
- Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field.
- Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
- Familiarity with ATS and social media sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of HR principles, talent acquisition metrics, and OFCCP regulations.
