Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney located in Pasadena, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigation and non-litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and appearing in court. The Associate Attorney will also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, provide legal advice to clients, and participate in business development initiatives with an active entrepreneurial drive.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in the state of California
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction litigation and non-litigation matters
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate complex legal ideas to both legal and non-legal audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, high level of organization and attention to detail, and strong work ethic
