We are looking for a part time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, to work SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS 10-8, and fill in other days when needed, ( every other saturday ) $15 / hour plus commission. Relaxed environment, Quality clientele.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring attractive presentation of products
- Assist with stocking and inventory management to keep the sales floor well-supplied and organized
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support in supervising team members during shifts, helping ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced environments such as grocery stores or specialty retail shops
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles is a plus, showcasing your ability to guide team members effectively
- Bilingual skills are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases and enhancing communication
- Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions and inventory management
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management will set you apart
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong phone etiquette help build rapport with customers and team members alike
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail sales transactions, cashiering procedures, and grocery store operations will contribute to your success in this role
