Hunt Hollow Ski Club, a small private ski club in Naples, NY, is seeking dependable and friendly Lodge Staff for the 2025–2026 winter season. This role is ideal for high school students, parents, or anyone looking for part-time seasonal work in a warm, family-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Keep the lodge clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout operating hours.
- Regularly clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms.
- Walk through lodge areas to pick up trash, wipe down tables, and reset seating areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, and handle general cleaning tasks throughout the day.
- Shovel sidewalks and entryways as needed to maintain safe access.
- Attend to indoor and outdoor firepits — adding wood, and cleaning up the area when needed.
- Assist members with basic questions and provide friendly customer service.
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Comfortable performing continuous light to moderate physical activity, including walking, bending, cleaning, and occasional snow shoveling.
- Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- No prior experience required — training provided.
Schedule
- Shifts offered during all hours the club is open, including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
- Seasonal position for the winter operating season.
- Flexible hours available.
