We are seeking a skilled Senior CNC Lathe Specific machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating different styles of turning equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic production environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathe
- Operate CNC Lathe w/Live Tooling
- Process / Engineer new orders
- Ability to program 2-Axis Lathe
- Experience with cutting tools including insert grades, speeds, feeds
- Ability to build special fixtures / jaws
- Setup / trouble shoot other operator programs / processes
- Ability to work / manage / train others
Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience operating lathes
- Experience with Fanuc Controls
- Experience on Haas control (not mandatory)
- Experience with Bar Feeders / setup and interface with machine
- Skill in reading and interpreting blueprints
