Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables promptly.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
- Adhere to food handling safety standards and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Skills
- Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate order processing.
