Operations & Food Partner Manager

Operations/Food Partner Manager:  Seattle, WA

If you have a passion for food and relationship management then this is the job for you. The Operations/Food Partner Manager is responsible for the logistics of our delivery team and the execution of catering events operationally. You will need to work closely with the sales department to ensure every customer meal or event is a success. You will also be guiding our logistics and delivery team to ensure our deliveries are on-time and carried out smoothly. This role will require inventory management, logistics planning, catering captain hiring and training, events management, and other related services. We are looking for an individual who is collaborative, detail oriented, and excited about the future of the catering/food-tech space. This role will also encompass relationship building with our local food partners/chefs, utilizing strong communication skills and occasional in-person visits.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• 2 to 3 years in an operations role, preferably in the catering industry
• Detail oriented and proactive - our key to success is anticipating issues and reacting accordingly
• Events execution and management 
• High-touch rapport building with existing and incoming food partners/chefs
• Creative problem solving within time constraints
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Extremely organized and professional
• Flexible and willing to help 
• Eager and willing to learn, receptive to new ideas
• Management/leadership experience 
• A go-getter who will ensure an amazing customer experience
• Collaborative - must work well with the other operations managers and sales team 
• Passionate about their work and the food-tech industry
