Flowers Visitor Center Host: Part-Time
Location: Healdsburg, California Join the Flowers Hospitality Team and become part of an extraordinary estate and iconic wine brand. Summary We are seeking goal-oriented, passionate individuals to deliver unforgettable hospitality experiences to our guests. As a Visitor Center Host, you will guide tastings, tell our estate story, and serve both wine and thoughtfully paired food offerings, all while embodying the spirit of our brand. (Part-Time Status). Key Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding guest experiences through storytelling, tastings, and Food and Beverage service
- Provide expert knowledge of our wines, estate history, and sustainable farming practices
- Build strong customer relationships to drive wine sales and wine club memberships
- Host small and large group tastings and events with professionalism and warmth
- Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Support event execution, including setup and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tasting areas
- Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues with poise and efficiency
- Use POS (E Cellar) and reservation systems (TOCK) for transactions and guest management
- Represent the Flowers brand at on- and off-site events
- Stay engaged during both busy and slow periods
- Work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed

Qualifications - 2–5 years of hospitality experience in customer service, wine, food and beverage, hotel/concierge, or wine club programs
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with POS systems and general computer proficiency preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
- Comfortable sitting, standing, walking for extended periods
- Able to walk 2 miles on uneven terrain and work outdoors in variable weather
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and events (some evenings required)
- ABC certification or ability to obtain
- ServSafe California Food Handlers certification
- Responsible use of alcohol and adherence to licensing/regulatory standards
