HunaTek is seeking an experienced Program Manager who will be responsible for planning and leading the day-to-day operations and team leadership of the Logistics Module (LOGMOD) and Base Support and Expeditionary Planning Tool (BaS&E) Agile Continuous Sustainment program in support of the USAF Lifecycle Management Center Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) at Maxwell AFB -Gunter Annex, Alabama. In addition to day-to-day operations in providing Software Operations and Sustainment Support this Program Manager will work in close coordination with HunaTek leadership to align the appropriate resources to deliver mission success.
Essential Job Functions:
- Plan, initiate, and manage Software Operations and Sustainment Support projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Responsible for oversight and management of project execution plans.
- Lead interface with USAF AFLCMC BES customer.
- Management of the budget for the LOGMOD and BaS&E program.
- Management of personnel and subcontractors supporting the LOGMOD and BaS&E program
- USAF Cloud One common computing environment experience a plus
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- PMP Certification
- Experience managing Firm Fixed Price Contracts
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Secret Clearance
