Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Humpty Dumpsters is a growing trash company that is locally owned and operated. We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This person will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting with administrative duties, and other general office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Capture customer information and sign them up for service.
- Assist office manager with daily tasks
- Greet visitors and assist them with questions or general inquiries.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Maintain office policies and procedures.
- Perform receptionist duties regularly (i.e., answer phones, distribute letters, take messages, mail, etc.)and address any issues or concerns that may arise from those calls.
- Be willing to learn Soft-Pak, our route management software
- Take customer payments
- Run errands as needed
Requirements:
- Previous office or reception experience preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace products including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
- Ability to organize information and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients at all levels of the company.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9-5

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
