Your primary duty is to support the accounting and finance functions of our firm under the supervision of the Managing Director of Accounting & Finance, while coordinating the expertise and manpower of third-party service providers.

Responsibilities
- Coordination with third-party service providers, including tax, audit, loan compliance, fund administration, and valuation
- Review of external financial statements for underlying assets and investor account statements
- Review of internal financial statements and reporting
- Research initiatives to optimize funds and underlying structures, including REITs and taxable subsidiaries
- Special projects, including the calculation of earnings and profits, and bridging underlying financials
- Supervision of the accounting staff, including bookkeeping functions
- Supervise the maintenance and organization of digital archives
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management for the firm and its managed funds
Qualifications
- CPA with 3-5 years in public accounting preferred
- Preferred experience with real estate, partnership accounting, REITs, and/or public company reporting
