Founded in 2014, we've grown by keeping things pretty simple: take care of our clients, take care of our team, and do what we say we're going to do.

We're currently hiring part-time Cleaners for commercial facilities throughout our service area, with opportunities available at various times between 6:00 AM and Midnight, Monday through Friday.

You don't need professional cleaning experience.

You do need to be someone we can count on.

What Does a Cleaner at HCS Do?

You'll help keep local businesses clean, healthy, and ready for the people who use them every day.

Depending on your assigned locations, your responsibilities may include:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Dusting and cleaning surfaces
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms and common areas
• Emptying trash and recycling
• Restocking supplies
• Following the specific cleaning scope for each client
• Working independently or alongside other HCS team members
• Traveling to assigned client locations

This is a physical, hands-on job. You'll be standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying supplies, and moving throughout facilities during your shift.

What You'll Need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable transportation
• Ability to reliably report to assigned client locations
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of commercial cleaning
• A willingness to learn and follow HCS procedures
• Reliability and punctuality
