Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Painters to join our exterior residential painting team for Summer 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential projects across Noblesville and the surrounding area. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and caulking guns to apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes.
- Perform residential painting tasks including wall finishing, prep work, and restoration work.
- Execute residential painting projects with precision, adhering to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Apply specialized coatings such as stucco, masonry sealants, or industrial paints for durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members on construction estimating tasks when required to ensure accurate project planning.

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to surface area or material quantities.
