As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for leasing apartments through innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and meet the financial goals of the community. You will also align prospective resident profiles with the appropriate product on-site for service delivery in accordance with Humphrey Management's standards of excellence.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, excellent sales, verbal, and written communications skills, and sales and marketing experience highly preferred. - Projecting a professional image in all aspects of work performance.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills with prospects, residents, and team members.
- Completing forms and reports, and accurately conveying policies and procedures to prospects and residents.
- Showcasing apartments for rental by escorting prospects to the apartment using prescribed security procedures.
- Understanding financial implications of job duties and acting accordingly.
- Utilizing sales and closing techniques per established guidelines.
- Answering telephone calls per established sales guidelines.
- Qualifying prospects utilizing the guest card.
- Conducting tours of the community, vacant apartments or models, and amenities.
- Sending thank you cards and following up with prospects that did not rent.
- Documenting prospect activity in compliance with Fair Housing Laws.
