We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, attract new patients, and maintain relationships with existing referral sources. This position requires the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and will involve some evening and weekend networking events.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new referrals for the company throughout the Coastal Bend.
- Create and maintain existing referral sources by building and fostering relationships with physicians, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals.
- Visit doctor's and attorneys' offices to generate business by presenting information about our services and the benefits of referring patients to our clinic.
- Attend networking events at night and on weekends to meet new potential referral sources and promote our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, during lunch, and weekends.
- Knowledge of the Coastal Bend healthcare market and referral sources preferred.
- Must have reliable means of transportation
