Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients and complete daily food prep
- Assemble bowls, wraps, salads, and pitas to company standards
- Provide friendly, welcoming customer service
- Accurately take orders and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room, kitchen, and prep areas
- Wash dishes and keep workstations stocked and sanitized
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and setup
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
