In This Role, You Will:
- Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services to adult clients in office, virtually, or through a hybrid schedule
- Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop clinically appropriate treatment goals
- Provide individualized care using evidence-informed therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record, SimplePractice
- Coordinate care with outside providers, referral sources, or support systems when clinically indicated
- Participate in case consultation, continuing education, and ongoing professional development
- Build and maintain a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and areas of expertise
Qualifications:
We are seeking clinicians who bring both strong clinical judgment and a warm, grounded presence.
Required:
- Master’s degree or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Active unrestricted Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Ability to practice independently and maintain professional liability coverage
- Strong documentation, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Preferred:
- Experience supporting adults impacted by trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, or complex life stressors
- Training in trauma-focused or experiential modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, or related approaches
- Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, person-centered care
