Duties

  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Develop compelling content including posts, graphics, videos, and blogs that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment and industry trends, enabling proactive engagement and reputation management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and other paid promotions.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content creation that aligns with branding guidelines.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationships and community loyalty.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability across digital channels.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
  • Support the development of branding initiatives by creating visually appealing multimedia content for e-commerce platforms and online stores.

Skills

  • Proven experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of social listening techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
  • Expertise in social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing for diverse platforms.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to interact professionally with followers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished and on-brand before publication.
  • Experience in branding development for consistent visual identity across digital channels.
