As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Manage pick/pack operations for daily orders using Navision or WMS.
- Pack orders professionally, weigh, measure, and label for shipment.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity in all outbound shipments.
Inbound & Returns Management
- Receive, log, scan, and stock inbound shipments.
- Process product returns, assess quality, and restock items as appropriate.
- Repackage and relabel items for resale when needed.
Inventory & Warehouse Organization
- Oversee stock bin locations and replenish picking bins as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System.
- Implement routines for cleanliness, safety, and organization (e.g., box removal, sweeping, resetting product).
Leadership & Safety
- Delegate workload and promote a safe, efficient workflow.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, productive environment.
- Support heat press operations and assist with ordering shipping supplies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and safety.
