The Order/Data Entry Clerk plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Hummel brand through accurate, timely order processing and data management. This detail-driven position ensures that custom and inline product orders are entered correctly, pricing is verified, and customer accounts are reviewed thoroughly before production and fulfillment begin.
This is a six-month position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter data for both custom and inline product orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process sales orders and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Work within Business Central to manage and process daily order entry and data needs.
- Review and verify customer pricing to ensure accuracy prior to order processing.
- Evaluate account standing using credit symbols within the system.
- Accurately enter orders under promotional or purchase accounts as applicable.
- Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure all information is complete and correct.
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify discrepancies and resolve order issues efficiently.
- Support overall order management workflows to ensure smooth production and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support preferred.
- Experience working within ERP systems (Business Central experience a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable reviewing financial and account status information.
