About the RoleWe are a growing distributor of popular and affordable Japanese cosmetics and lifestyle products, serving retail partners across the United States. The company handles a wide range of products, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and daily-use items.We are seeking a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and local deliveries. This is a stable, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and contributing to smooth logistics operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad, unload, and stack products for inbound and outbound shipmentsManage inventory and support daily warehouse operationsMaintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehousePick up products from nearby locations and deliver to client storesOperate forklifts to move pallets and inventoryDrive delivery vehicles, including box trucks up to 26 ftPerform basic checks and maintenance of vehicles and warehouse equipmentQualificationsEnglish proficiency required; Japanese or Mandarin is a plusValid U.S. driver's license (CDL-C)Experience driving large vehicles (up to 26 ft box trucks)Forklift certification requiredAbility to lift and carry items weighing up to approximately 50 lbsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Work Hours・Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ・Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMCompensation$21–$25 per hour (DOE) *Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications.Benefits (after 3-month probation) 401KHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off (PTO) and sick leave
