This is a full-time on-site role located in Metropolitan Fresno for a Lease Manager (Property Manager) at Hume Christian Camps. The role involves overseeing lease agreements, managing property maintenance and operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and conducting market research for property management strategies. You will also handle lease administration and strive to maintain high resident retention. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to support the camp's mission and goals through effective property management.
- Proficient in Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease documents
- Experience with Property Management, including maintenance coordination and operations oversight
- Strong skills in Market Research to analyze trends and support strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to foster Resident Retention through excellent communication and problem-solving
- Knowledgeable about Leases and their role in property oversight and tenant management
- Ability to work on-site in Metropolitan Fresno and align with the mission of Hume Christian Camps
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable
