HumCap is hiring a Sales Executive to expand our client base and continue offering our cost-effective HR Services in the DFW area and beyond! Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 5 years of proven sales/business development experience in place of a degree will be considered
- 2 years’ experience selling intangibles/services strongly preferred
- Human Resources Services (consulting, payroll, PEO, benefits, HRIS, etc.) is a bonus!
- DFW Metroplex-based candidates strongly preferred
Essential Functions
- Develop and qualify sales leads by utilizing and building your existing network
- Build rapport and a solid pipeline of opportunity with customers, hiring managers, networking groups, and referral partners
- Schedule initial sales meetings with executives
- Provide technical information, and prepare contracts and quotes for clients.
- Build relationships amongst peers and recruiting team members
- Provide recruitment insight to help recruiters succeed via excellent leadership and mentorship
- Self-generate leads, and work from existing company leads
- Manage customer expectations by using a consultative sales approach
- Follow-up with clients in a consistent and timely manner
- Consistently attend networking and business development events
