Duties

- Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment and industry trends; respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance; adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels; assist in managing online reputation through proactive relationship management.
- Support paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and conversions.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to continually enhance our social media presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and scheduling applications like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and content creation best practices.
- Experience in video editing and photography to produce compelling multimedia content.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce integration.
