Key Responsibilities:
Provide support with daily self-care activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Help individuals achieve personal goals and participate in community activities.
Ensure a safe, positive environment for individuals in their home.
Assist with managing daily routines and maintaining a structured schedule.
Provide companionship and foster independence.
Requirements:
Must be available to work on weekends.
Patience, understanding, and the ability to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable, responsible, and able to manage time efficiently.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
