Who We’re Looking For

A Day in the Life of a Lead Installer
- Lead and execute sign installations from start to finish
- Transport signage, tools, and materials safely to job sites
- Prepare sites and ensure installs meet safety and quality standards
- Operate boom trucks, lifts, and other installation equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Communicate daily with the Install Manager and Project Managers
- Complete job documentation including photos, logs, and reports
- Troubleshoot challenges and adjust plans as needed in the field
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Perform occasional service work or repairs as needed
- Proven experience in sign installation or similar field work
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and support a crew
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- CDL
- Crane Operator Certification
- OSHA Certification
- Electrical or signage experience

Requirements
- Ability to work at heights ranging from 10–150 feet
- Experience operating boom trucks and lift equipment
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, overnight, or out-of-town jobs
