Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Senior & Principal Consultant specializing in Program and Change Management. Based in Seattle, WA, the role offers the opportunity to work partially from home. Responsibilities include leading program management initiatives, driving organizational change strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, analyzing business processes, and mentoring junior team members. The consultant will work collaboratively to develop actionable insights, oversee project teams, and deliver impactful solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Program Management, Change Management, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and Organizational Development
- Experience with Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Familiarity with Digital Transformation, Technology Operations, and Innovation technologies
- Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams
- Relevant certifications in Program Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) are advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred
