HR Specialist

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of Recruiting / Hiring experience in a professional office setting
1 years of Human Resources experience in a professional office setting
HR Software / Resume Database / Job Board / Social Media application experience
Advanced Technology Skills and use of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.)
PREFERRED QUALLIFICATIONS
- Associates/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is a plus
- HR Certification / Accreditation (Example: SHRM) is a plus
- Financial Services, Banking, Accounting and/or Insurance Industry experience is a plus
ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Recruiter / HR Specialist you will pursue this mission through the following responsibilities:
- Leading the full-cycle recruiting/staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
Proactively building pipelines of qualified candidates within the financial services, accounting, insurance and other related industries
Sourcing candidates with use of current recruitment technologies, job boards, resume databases, etc. (Example: Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations- Managing candidate communications, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and hiring process
Processing employment applications and other various industry specific administrative tasks
Partnering with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
Collaborating with outside vendors, such as job boards, resume databases, personality profiling and assessment systems
Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
Tracking recruiting metrics and maintain organized documentation of hiring activities
Developing effective working relationships with team members, vendors and business partners

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $70,000 - $90,000 Annual Compensation (Salary Bonus/Incentives)
