As a Senior Copywriter, you own the words. You write performance creative that drives acquisition and retention. You write brand campaigns that build long-term equity. You write the PDP, the subject line, the bottle, the script, the HCP one-pager, and the retail sell-in — and you hold a consistent voice across all of them without losing the edge that makes each one work on its own platform. You report to the Creative Director and work every day with designers, art directors, brand managers, growth marketers, and our science and medical teams. This is a doer role. You are in the document, in the deck, in the test. You concept, you write, you revise, you ship — and then you look at the numbers and do it again.


Key Responsibilities:


Performance Copy That Earns Its Keep

  • Write high-volume, high-velocity performance copy across paid social, paid search, Amazon, landing pages, display, SMS, and lifecycle email — tuned to the platform, the audience, and the metrics
  • Build a steady test-and-learn practice with Growth and eCommerce: sharp hypotheses, distinct variants, clean readouts, faster iteration. You treat A/B testing as a creative discipline, not a constraint
  • Know what hooks work on Meta vs. Google vs. Amazon vs. CTV — and have a point of view on why. • Get equally excited about CTR, CVR, ROAS, and AOV as you do about a line you actually love


Brand Voice and Storytelling

  • Own our voice across every consumer and HCP touchpoint — keeping it consistent on a homepage, an Amazon A module, a retail shelf-talker, and a doctor leave-behind
  • Evolve the voice as the brand grows. Push into new tones and formats as we enter new categories and show up in new places
  • Translate the science — science based on Nobel Prize–winning nitric oxide research, clinical studies, real HCP endorsements — into language that is direct, credible, and human. No jargon. No hype. No hedging
  • Concept original thought leadership — long-form web, founder and expert POV pieces, science explainers — that positions us as the authority on cardiovascular health.


Integrated Campaigns

  • Partner with the Creative Director, art directors, and brand managers to concept and write integrated campaigns end-to-end — from territory exploration through headlines, scripts, manifestos, and every downstream asset.
  • Turn briefs into concepts with a clear idea at the center — then write the work across video, social, OOH, paid, email, web, and retail.
  • Present your thinking with a clear POV. Defend the idea. Take notes cleanly. Revise without losing the heat


Channel-by-Channel Execution

  • DTC & Amazon: PDP narratives, A content, landing pages, lifecycle flows, quiz results, SMS, blog, and on-site merchandising — held to the same craft bar and the same conversion bar.
  • Retail: Sell-in copy, shopper marketing, packaging updates, endcap and FSI copy for Target, CVS, GNC, Walmart, and beyond.
  • Medical / HCP: Clinical education tools, sales team leave-behinds, conference materials, and practitioner-facing campaigns for cardiologists, pharmacists, and integrative medicine professionals. You can hold a clinical register without going dry.


Craft, Collaboration, and Pace

  • Hold a high craft bar on your work and on the work you review. Give freelancers and agency partners clear, constructive notes.
  • Write cleanly the first time, revise quickly, and ship. Fast without being careless. Careful without being slow.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Creative, Brand, Growth, Science, and Medical — driving alignment on voice and message without turning everything into a meeting.


Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in creative roles within brand, marketing, or agency environments.
  • Proven success leading creative direction for high-growth consumer brands.
  • Expertise in integrated campaign development, digital-first creative, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of DTC, retail, and omni-channel marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through both concept and execution phases.
  • Exceptional design and art direction sensibility; deep understanding of brand systems and creative production.
  • Skilled collaborator who can navigate between creative, strategic, and operational priorities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
