Your Responsibilities
As an HMC Cosmetologist, you will:
- Blow-dry and style patients' hair to perfection.
- Provide relaxing and professional manicures.
- Create a calm and pampering environment for our patients during their sessions.
- Assist with other duties to support the ongoing needs of the clinic.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid Cosmetologist License in the State of Florida.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and respect when working with elderly patients and those with disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in elderly care (helpful but not required).
- Confidence in handling multiple requests and concerns with professionalism.
- Physical capability to lift up to 10 pounds, kneel, stoop, or stand for extended periods.
- An understanding of patients' rights and a commitment to respecting them.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team spirit.
Work Location & Requirements
- In-person role at our clinic.
- Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am- 4pm
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- HIPAA awareness required.
