Medical Biller and Coder
HumanHire is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller and Coder to join our client's team in their Healthcare Claims Department. Our client is a top insurance company in White Plains, who has been around for over 75 years. They offer a lively work environment and advancement opportunities!

- Pay: $20-22/hour (weekly pay, full benefits, 401K, bonus opportunities & more!)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:15PM
Medical Biller and Coder Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze documentation to ensure accurate coding and billing
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for services
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and coding.
- File and maintain records and insurance claims in an organized manner
- Assist with insurance claim denials and appeals process
Medical Biller and Coder Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical & insurance terminology and verification processes
- Experience in medical billing or coding
