Our Restorative Aide actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Pay: $19-21 an hour
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Works with residents for physical rehabilitation; encourages and assists residents in activities
- Assists residents to perform strengthening exercises
- Works with residents in strengthening, endurance, positioning, standing and safety exercises.
- Suggests adaptive equipment and works with residents using adaptive equipment, such as walkers and wheelchairs
- Assists in feeding rehabilitation; notes residents' changes in eating, drinking and swallowing habits, changes in utensil use, and drops in appetite.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program meeting state requirements
- Minimum of one year experience preferred
