What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Assistant (RCA) position at HumanGood?
Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a full time Resident Assistant to join our Personal Care team!
Our Resident Assistants (RCAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Now Hiring Full Time 3p-11p
Hourly range $16.50 - $18 depending on experience
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- A desire to have a positive impact in the lives of older adults
- US High School Diploma or GED
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
