Full-Time Team Members
Description
Salary Range $67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience
Duties Include
- Supervises Team Members in the Memory Support; supervision includes management of work schedules, hiring, training, evaluating, employee development, coaching, discipline, salary increases, and adjustments.
- Assure that the resident profile is completed
- Conduct and promote support and/ or educational groups for residents/ families.
- Communicates with resident family members in a respectful and caring manner and provides information regarding residents’ daily life as appropriate; uses tactful, diplomatic communication techniques in potentially sensitive or emotionally charged situations.
- Collaborates with Dining Team Members to ensure a dignified dining experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years prior related experience with people living with dementia and at least 1 year of supervision experience.
- Prefer 2 years’ experience in assisted living management.
- First Aid certified and CPR training required
