Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Providing leadership and supervision for team members within the Memory Support Program, supporting the Personal Care neighborhood.
- Collaborating closely with Life Enrichment and Clinical leadership, including the Personal Care Administrator and Director of Resident Services to ensure exceptional resident care and programming
- Welcoming and orienting new residents and family members to the memory support program
- Facilitating and promoting educational opportunities and support groups for residents and their families
- Communicating regularly with family members in a respectful, compassionate, and informative manner regarding residents’ daily experiences
- Partnering with the Director of Resident Services and Personal Care Administrator when residents experience significant care changes or require adjustments to their care plans
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience working with individuals living with dementia
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience; 2 years of Assisted Living/Personal Care experience is preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification
