Description
Under general supervision, the Maintenance Technician II performs semi-skilled work in the daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment; performs plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, masonry, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work. As a representative and team member of environmental services department, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
Temporary: This is a temporary assignment with a duration of 2 months.
Pay Range: $21-26
Shift: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Day In The Life Might Include
- Performing assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance;
- Maintaining all tools, equipment and supplies are in proper condition, and notifying supervisors to ensure adequate replacements are available as needed;
- Assisting with refurbishment projects and repairs;
- Installing, finishing, repairing, painting, removing and disposing of drywall or other material;
- Picking up and delivering supplies;
- 2 years HVAC experience (required)
- Previous apartment maintenance (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary : $21 - $26
