The Mansion at Rosemont, a premier HumanGood life plan community located in the heart of the Main Line, is hiring a Human Resources Manager for its leadership team.
Set in a 10-acre nature preserve and centered on the historic and former Beaupré Mansion, the Mansion at Rosemont features modern and welcoming apartments and cottages, and first-rate amenities and services for senior adults. The HR Manager is essential to fostering a positive, supportive, and professional environment for both employees and residents. S/he will oversee day-to-day HR operations, partner closely with executive and department leaders, and help ensure our community reflects our values of respect, service, and excellence.
** This is a Full-time, Onsite Opportunity ** Annual Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (DOE)
** Mon.-Fri., 9:00am - 5:00pm; Manager-on-Duty responsibility 3-4 weekends per year
Key duties and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
• Leading full-cycle recruitment, staffing, and new-hire onboarding
• Facilitating orientation to ensure new team members feel welcomed and prepared
• Supporting leaders with employee relations, performance coaching, and corrective actions
• Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring accuracy of employee records
• Communicating and administering employee benefits, leave of absence requests, and ADA accommodations
• Managing workers’ compensation and unemployment claims in partnership with third-party administrators
• Ensuring ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
• Coordinating offboarding and conducting exit interviews to support retention efforts
• Providing guidance, training, and support to managers and team members on HR procedures and best practices
• Assisting senior leadership promote a culture of engagement, recognition, and high performance
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist-level experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of applicable HR and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with HR systems
