The Terraces of Boise in Boise, ID, a HumanGood community nationally rated as 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for talented food service leads to join our team!
Under general supervision, the Food Service Lead performs any or all duties associated with setting up and working on a trayline, serving food to residents, washing dishes and/or pots and pans, bussing dishes, preparing food, such as salads, desserts, garnishes and/or maintaining cleanliness of food service and dining room areas.
Schedules Available (NO MORE LATE NIGHTS!):
Full Time, Open Availability
Pay range: $17 per hour

Full Time, Open Availability
Pay range: $17 per hour
Work Duties
- Greets residents and guests promptly as they arrive at their table;
- Informs guests of daily specials, makes recommendations;
- Completes bussing, runner, meal plater, utility and catering duties as needed or assigned;
- Refills beverages throughout the meal service
- Keeps alert to resident requests and special needs; assists residents with plates or trays;
- Extreme attention to detail required
- Previous food handling experience required
- Current Food Handlers Certification, or willingness to obtain, required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with mechanized/prescribed diets preferred
