Job Duties
- Maintain General Ledger
- Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and other accounts monthly.
- Preparing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Month-End/Year-End Close
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing billing, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting with budget preparation and financial projections.
- Preparing and assisting with tax returns and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Assisting internal and external auditors.
- Analyzing internal procedures and recommending enhancements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software/ MS Dynamic and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
