Order ProcessingThe ideal candidate for this position is a person that has had past experience with order processing or customer service. The following is a list of weekly assigned tasks.Providing fantastic internal and external customer service support via email and telephone.Confirming and entering new purchase orders into our computer system.Processing order fulfillment paperwork for domestic and international orders.Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.Communicating between customers and production departments regarding order fulfillment issues.Accurately invoicing orders.Miscellaneous duties including; updating pricing in the system, entering product codes, assisting sales staff, etc.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Spanish speaking a plus.2-5 years of excellent customer service support.Prior domestic & international shipping experience a plus.Must possess excellent communication AND organizational skills.Experience with billing and order processing.Must possess an adequate ability with computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word. Computer novice need not apply.Associate or bachelor's degree in transportation or logistics a plus. Order Processing or International Shipping: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Preferred)Work Location: In person
