Human Resources Generalist
This is an exceptional career opportunity for a HR Generalist looking to join an experienced team and wants to deepen their human resources skills. In this role you will provide support in the areas of recruitment, benefits, employee relations, on-boarding, HRIS and HR administration.
Role:
Full cycle recruitment for positions company wide
Coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers with an emphasis on selection and hiring.
Screen resumes and refer candidates to hiring managers.
Develop a pool of candidates in key areas.
Assist managers and departments to prepare job descriptions, interview candidates and make final selections.
Post open positions and manage the resume flow via online system.
Attend college job fairs
Perform Onboarding functions for all new employees including employee orientation, new hire paperwork, etc.
Maintain HRIS records and compiles reports as needed.
Act as Corporate HR liaison to implement, and administer Human Resources policies, practices and procedures.
Assist employees with enrollment in company-sponsored benefits.
Maintain employee files and administer I-9s for all staff and ensuring legal compliance with documentation retention and administration.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be comfortable with administrative and desk-based work.
- Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented personality is essential.
- Ability and willingness to be fully onsite (no remote work permitted).
