Job Summary: Provide humane care and treatment for the animals in our facilities; clean and disinfect kennels and catteries according to established standards.
Job Type: Part-time - 27.5hours/week (5 day/week schedule 7.30am - 1pm). Requires weekend availability.
Compensation: $14.00/hr
Work Environment: Requires handling of small and large domesticated animals.

Responsibilities
- Cleans and disinfects assigned areas such as kennels, catteries, etc.
- Feeds and waters the animals as prescribed based on age and size
- Visually inspects animals for overall health problems and follow-up if necessary.
- Observes behavioral changes that could indicate illness or injury.
- Assists with animal rescues, transports and provides support in the setup of off-site adoptions as needed.
