Staffing Coordinator Home Care
Humancare Home Health care is currently interviewing for an experienced Staffing Home Care Coordinator for our Rockland County NY (Spring Valley) Office. As the applicant you must have coordination experience in a LCHSA and some common knowledge working with HHA Exchange database or similar staffing database experience.
Requirements:
- Must have at least one year of Home Care HHA staffing experience
- Must have HHA Exchange experience
- Able to work in Spring Valley NY
- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staffing the open cases for the team
- Work together with the coordinating team to confirm the open cases and assist with staffing the case
- Responsible for confirming coverage for new cases and confirm replacements for sick/emergency calls outs/no show no calls
- Complete the welcome call for all new patients
- Complete survey calls to confirm if change of caregiver is needed and assist with staffing the case
- Responsible for running the caregiver availability report
- Responsible for adding notes on the caregivers profile confirming availability update
- Responsible for maintaining the caregiver availability excel sheet confirming all the caregivers available to work
- Responsible for placing all available caregivers on a case
- Assist with recruiting caregivers for the team
- Responsible for on call coverage to ensure Home Health Aide placement
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN HOME CARE
COMMUTE TO/ OR LIVE IN Rockland County NY

- COMMUNICATE WITH PATIENTS ON DAILY BASIS
- COMMUNICATE WITH PCA'S/PA'S ON DAILY BASIS
- COMMUNICATE WITH MLTC'S AND CHHA'S
- STAFF OPEN CASES
- CALL PA'S/PCA'S WHEN MISSING TIME SHEETS
- MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER--- AND WILLING TO GROW WITH COMPANY
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
