Position Summary:
Human Touch Home HealthCare is seeking a Temporary Clinical Manager for our Maryland operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organization, and clinical oversight to ensure exceptional care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations. This role is critical in maintaining continuity of care and supporting our clinical team during a transitional period.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for skilled nursing and therapy services

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards (State, Federal, and Agency)

Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and field staff to ensure timely patient care

Monitor quality assurance and improvement programs

Conduct chart audits and assist with surveys or audits when needed

Support and mentor field clinicians and ensure proper documentation

Assist in resolving patient or caregiver concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:

Active RN license in Maryland (required)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care (required)

Previous management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred

Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home health regulations

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
